Interior Refurbishment in London
The finishing trades, delivered as one programme: plastering, decorating, flooring, lighting and joinery — the layer of a home you actually touch.
Finished interior — decorated room with joinery detail
Finish is a system, not a coat of paint
An interior only feels considered when the finishing trades work to one standard: plaster flat enough for raking light, joinery scribed to walls that are never square, floors flowing level between rooms, decoration built up properly rather than rushed. That coordination is the service.
Interior refurbishment suits homes that are structurally sound and well laid out but visually tired — post-purchase refreshes, homes preparing for sale or rent at the top of the market, and interiors following an architect’s or designer’s scheme.
We work to your interior designer’s specification or develop one with you. Where the project needs more — services, wet rooms, layout — it becomes a home refurbishment, priced by the same team.

Working with designers — and to deadlines
Much of our interior work is delivered alongside interior designers, to their drawings and FF&E schedules. We price from the specification, protect the programme around deliveries, and hand over decorated, snagged rooms — not almost-finished ones.
Planning a refresh before a sale, a let, or a move-in date? Tell us the date first; we build the programme backwards from it.
Interior refurbishment FAQs
Do you work with our interior designer?
Yes — much of our interior work is executing designers’ schemes. We quote from their specification and coordinate directly with them through the project.
Can you match period plasterwork and mouldings?
Yes. Cornices, ceiling roses and mouldings can be repaired in place or run new to match existing profiles.
How disruptive is it?
Less than structural work, but dust is real. We seal rooms in phases, protect floors and furniture, and leave the site clean daily.
