Made for rooms that were never square
London’s period rooms defeat flat-pack: walls lean, floors fall, alcoves differ by centimetres side to side. Bespoke joinery is how storage and furniture come to fit these rooms exactly — scribed to the wall, aligned to the cornice, using every awkward inch.
Our joiners make wardrobes, alcove cabinets, window seats, bookcases, media walls, panelling, and kitchen cabinetry. Pieces are built in the workshop, finished by hand or spray, and installed by the people who made them.
Joinery is where a renovation’s quality becomes visible — which is why it’s an in-house trade for us rather than a subcontract. It features in nearly every full renovation and interior refurbishment we deliver, and we take on standalone commissions too.

From measure to install
Every commission starts with a site measure and drawings you approve — elevations showing exactly what will be built. The making happens in the workshop while your rooms stay livable; installation and finishing are typically days, not weeks.

Bespoke joinery FAQs
How long does bespoke joinery take?
From approved drawings, most pieces take four to eight weeks in the workshop, then days on site to install and finish. We’ll confirm lead times when we quote.
What materials and finishes do you use?
Typically MR MDF or tulipwood for painted work and veneered or solid hardwoods for natural finishes — hand-painted or spray-finished. We specify materials in the drawings you approve.
Is bespoke much more expensive than fitted ranges?
It’s comparable more often than people expect, especially for awkward spaces where standard units waste volume. You’re paying for exact fit and better materials, not just the word bespoke.
